The ENERGY & PERFORMANCE PROGRAM contains eight modules which mix together the right blend of knowledge, skills and practical activities designed to help you break old habits and embed positive new behaviour changes.

Each module within the Energy & Performance Program is completed over a period of approximately 12 weeks.
